Getting files out of clients is half the job. A file request turns “please send me the logo” into a single link they can’t lose.
1. Create the request
From the Files area, create a request and give it a title the client will understand — “Brand assets for the new site,” say. You can tie it to a client and set an expiry date.
2. Send the link
Share the request link by email or chat. Clients land on a simple upload page and drop their files in — no Kliently account, no friction.
3. Watch them arrive
The request shows a live upload count, so you know when everything’s in. Everything lands in your workspace, ready to organize alongside the rest of the project.
