Cookie policy

Last updated: June 2026

Short version: a handful of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No ad trackers.

What cookies we use

Kliently uses a deliberately small number of first-party cookies. We don't run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell data to anyone.

  • Session — keeps you securely signed in to the app. Strictly necessary.
  • Language — remembers the language you pick in the navigation bar, so the site stays in your language.
  • Theme — remembers your light or dark mode choice.
  • Live chat — a first-party identifier so your chat conversation persists as you move between pages.

Why they're necessary

Each cookie above exists to make a feature you asked for work — staying logged in, keeping your language and theme, or holding a chat thread together. None of them profile you for advertising. Because they're strictly necessary or preference-based first-party cookies, they keep the product usable without a tracking-consent wall.

Controlling cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent the app from working; clearing the language or theme cookie simply resets those to the defaults (English, light mode). Most browsers let you manage cookies per site under privacy or site-data settings.
