In short
We want you to pay only for software you actually find useful. This policy covers refunds on your Kliently subscription. Refunds to your own clients are a separate thing, covered at the bottom.
- Free plan and trials are never charged, so nothing to refund.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the period.
- Annual plans: a 14-day money-back window, then prorated consideration for genuine issues.
Free plan & trials
Kliently's free tier costs nothing and never expires. Paid trials are not charged until the trial ends — cancel before it does and you won't be billed. We'll remind you before a trial converts.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We generally don't refund partial months, but if you were charged in error or hit a problem that's on us, reach out — we'll make it right.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Kliently isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep full access until it ends. If you experience a significant, unresolved service problem caused by Kliently, contact us — we review these case by case and may offer a prorated refund or credit.
How to request a refund
Email support@kliently.app from the address on your account, with:
- your workspace name,
- the charge date or invoice number, and
- a sentence on what went wrong.
We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse — for example, repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles, chargebacks filed without contacting us first, or violations of our terms of service. We may also offer account credit instead of a cash refund where that makes more sense.
Refunding your own clients
When you need to refund a payment a client made to you, that refund is processed through the gateway that handled the payment (Stripe, SSLCommerz, Razorpay, or PayPal) and returns from your account, not Kliently's. Kliently records the refund against the invoice so your books stay accurate, and the gateway's own timelines and fee rules apply. Kliently does not hold your client funds and therefore cannot issue these refunds on your behalf.
