Retainer drawdown

Set a project’s billing type to retainer with its included hours, and the Retainers tab shows how much of the retainer you’ve used this period — a progress bar, the hours used versus included, and a clear warning the moment you go over.

Automatic late fees

Under Late fees, choose a percentage of the amount due or a flat charge, and a grace period in days after the due date. The daily billing job then applies the fee once to invoices that are still unpaid — no manual tracking, no awkward follow-up.
