Choose what you’re measuring
Goals come in five flavours: a plain number (leads, posts), an amount of money (revenue, MRR), a percentage, a simple done/not-done, or task completion tied to a project.
Let task-completion goals run themselves
Link a goal to a project and Kliently calculates progress from that project’s completed tasks — no manual updates. For other goal types, punch in the current value whenever it changes.
Keep them in view
Active goals show up as progress bars on your dashboard’s work overview, so the whole team sees where things stand. When a goal is met, mark it achieved or archive it.
