Automate your task workflow in Kliently

If you find yourself doing the same three clicks every time a task changes, an automation can do them for you. Rules live under Settings → Automations.

Pick a trigger

A rule fires either when a task is created, or when a task moves into a status you choose — for example, “In Review” or “Done.”

Add actions

Then stack one or more actions: set the priority, assign a teammate, create a follow-up task, or send a notification. Automations never change a task’s status themselves, so rules can’t trigger each other in a loop.

Start small

The best first automation is one you already do by hand. Route review tasks to your editor, or auto-create a recap task on kickoff. Build it once and forget the routine forever.
