You can build an invoice two ways: from unbilled hours or from completed milestones. Hourly work pulls your tracked time into lines automatically; fixed-scope work bills against the milestones you've marked done.

Most freelancers use both over time — hourly for ongoing retainers and ad-hoc work, milestones for fixed-fee projects. Either way the source data already lives in Kliently, so the invoice assembles itself rather than starting from a blank page. Of course, you can also add manual lines for anything that doesn't come from time or milestones.
