How do refunds work in Kliently?

Kliently supports full refunds, and recording one keeps your books correct — the invoice reflects the reversal instead of silently staying marked as paid.

Because the money lives in your own payment account, the actual refund is issued through your provider (Stripe, PayPal, and so on) on their terms and timeline. Kliently keeps the invoice and your records in sync; your provider moves the funds back. Any provider fees on a refund are theirs, not ours.
