Does Kliently keep an audit log of sensitive actions?

Security & privacy

Yes. Sensitive actions are written to an append-only audit log — entries are added, never edited or quietly removed — so there's a trustworthy record of what happened and when.

On the contracts side this goes further: every signing event has its own append-only audit trail recording each open, scroll, signature, and decline along with IP, user agent, and country. The final signed PDF even embeds a signature certificate page, which is part of how Kliently meets the US ESIGN Act and the eIDAS simple electronic signature standard.
