Kliently now runs the work, not just the billing

Tasks, five views, goals, docs, and automations are built into Kliently — the place you bill from is now the place you plan and ship.

For a long time, Kliently did one half of independent work really well: the money half. Proposals, contracts, time, invoicing, payments — pitch to paid, in one tab. But the work itself — the tasks, the back-and-forth, the “who’s doing what by when” — still lived somewhere else. Today that changes.

Tasks that know about your business

Every project now has a real task layer. Custom statuses, priorities, multiple assignees, due dates, estimates, subtasks, checklists, and dependencies — the things you expect from a dedicated project tool. The difference is context: start a timer straight from a task and it flows into the time you already bill from, and tasks roll up against the project and milestones you’ve already set.

See the work the way you think

The same tasks, five ways. Drag cards across a Board, scan a grouped List, plot due dates on a Calendar, edit a Table like a spreadsheet, or map start-to-due bars on a Timeline. And “My Work” pulls everything assigned to you across every client into one prioritized list — overdue first.

Automate the parts you keep forgetting

No-code automations handle the busywork: when a task lands in “In Review,” assign it to your editor; when a task is created, set its priority and spin up a follow-up. Rules run quietly in the background so you don’t have to remember the routine.

Goals, docs, and a view of who’s slammed

Set measurable goals — revenue, sign-ups, or “80% of this project’s tasks done” — and watch progress roll up on your dashboard. Write briefs and SOPs in a built-in Docs space. And check the Workload view before you say yes to the next project, so nobody’s quietly drowning.

It’s all in your existing workspace today. Open the new Tasks tab and give it a spin — then tell us what to build next.
